The Council office is an expert organisation in the field of STI policy. The development and continuous improvement of the necessary skills (in the sense of specific abilities) is carried out in three defined areas: evidence, processes and expertise. Skills development in these areas will be achieved through specific projects, each of which will be supervised by Council members.
